Who we are
KYLIN TRADING PTY LTD (ABN 71 674 493 219, ACN 674 493 219) trades as Kylin Trading. We are an Australian private company. Main business location: NSW 2118 (Sydney). A street address will be published when confirmed.
What we collect
If you use the wholesale enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, country, the nature of your interest, and your message. We do not run a customer login or a public catalogue account.
Why we collect it
We collect that information to respond to wholesale, distribution, or private-label enquiries, to keep a record of the conversation, and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping needs. We do not use it for consumer marketing lists.
Storage
Until a live mailbox is connected, the demonstration form does not transmit your details to our servers — they stay in your browser for validation only. Once a mailbox is live, enquiry records will be stored in ordinary business email and files, with access limited to people who need them to reply.

Overseas disclosure
We trade between Australia and partners overseas, including in China. Personal information in an enquiry may be accessed or stored outside Australia when we use email, cloud tools, or when a colleague or manufacturing partner outside Australia needs it to respond. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8. We cannot guarantee that overseas laws will be identical to Australia’s.

This site uses localStorage only to remember your language preference (English or 简体中文). We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics pixels on these pages.
Access and correction
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. Use the enquiry form or the placeholder email below. We will respond as the Privacy Act requires, subject to any lawful exception.
